High Waisted Jorts

 4 Steps to High Waisted Denim 

Supplies you need are: 

• One pair of high waisted jeans or shorts
• X-Acto knife or Scissors
• Bleach pen

Step 1) Measure where you want your jeans to end, then cut

Step 2) Using an X-acto knife or scissors, make as many cuts as you prefer (depending on how worn     you want them to look

Step 3) Use your bleach pen to make designs

Step 4) IMMEDIATELY throw in the wash (make sure not to wash with things that cannot get bleached)
